    terrible service/care

I registered on line, got there on time and a walk in was taken back before me. The last at the desk seemed to find that funny. I didn't. She also got my benefits wrong and I had to correct her. When I finally ent back, my vital signs were taken and I had to wait for some time only to be told it seem to be a heart problem and I was to go to the heart hospital or hospital of my choice. I was not asked if I had done one to drive me not did they offer to call an ambulance but they are charging me for a level 2 visit even though they did nothing. I was admitted to the hospital with chest pains and extremely high blood sugar levels. The er doctor and nurses suggested in the future i not go to this facility since they clearly had no regard for my health. Didn't even suggest i take a cab. On a previous visit I had been given crutches. No one bothered to even open the door for me. These people are only interested in treating people with indifference and then billing them. Would not recommend them at all.
