Medications are not refilled on time. Appointments are cancelled if you are 7 minutes late (even waiting to sign in), but you will be in the waiting for 1hr min. before a dr. enters your room. The office staff, particularly Stephanie & Pam, are rude, disrespectful, & even yell. Dr. Urioste, who is fairly new to the practice, apologized for her office staff, but nothing changed. Paperwork & phone calls are not completed\returned in a timely manner. Scripts aren't faxed to the pharmacy, so reminder calls are needed. If you express concerns, they will give you the ph# of a supervisor, Patrick Holland, but the number is not valid. I was misdiagnosed & pumped with steroids/antibiotics. Don't waste your time--the service is poor, wait times are long, & the office staff is a rude disaster. This office needs an overhaul; it is worse than a Medicaid clinic. Everyone blames each other, & the bottom line is: You will NOT get your needs met. Avoid at all costs!
