For 'doctors' (I use the term loosely where this practice is concerned) who believe in doing a lot of unnecessary tests and making you come in for appointments when it is not necessary, they can't diagnose themselves out of a paper bag. After exams, chest x rays and complaints of shortness of breath - was told "NOTHING" was wrong - "You are just getting older". Took a doctor not from Baystate on a completely different thing to state that COPD was present. When went to them to have ears cleaned of wax, they stated "everything was fine, there was no wax present" to later go to the ER with intense ear pain, to find they did not clean ear, and jammed wax against the eardrum. They also want to toss you out because they (quote) 'want to go home.". Find someone else to give you medical care, these are incompetent fools.
