COVID 19 test here with great insurance was $335 after being told by a referring physician that it would be free.

I am in the healthcare industry and they overcoded my outpatient diagnostic test and said they spent 30 min providing medical care that was not provided. It is medical fraud plain and simple if not corrected. I spent hours on this trying to correct the bill. I called my insurance who paid out and said to reach out to their billing department. Called several times and sent emails with no reply. Finally disputed with my credit card company and won. A month later I get a repeat bill with a note saying payment after 94 days due will go to collections.

This is a warning to you if you are considering going here. You will not find any billing support and their coders will upcode/upcharge your visit even if services are not provided.

They have been reported to appropriate agencies for possible medical upcoding and thus , insurance fraud.

Do not get Covid tested here!!! You will receive a massive bill in about of month with random charges. Go to a known brand place like CVS or a state sponsored testing center.

This is a scam, they want your credit card to put on "File" and will charge you in about a month."

"HORRIBLE! Went for a rapid covid-19 test. This was on October 3, 2020. I was promised a "facetime" chat with results. As of today I have not received the promised service.

Have tried for several weeks to get thru to some supervisor or billing department. No one either answers the phone or seems to know who the manager is! This place is horrible! DONT GO!"

"Did a covid-19 rapid test and they charged me $185 for a 2 minutes video call that I didn't even ask for. I was so surprised that they video called me just to tell me the test results? Now I know why , this is so they can bill me $185 for it! Nowherr I was told this would happened. I have no problem paying for the test, but this $185 for a 2 min video call just tell me the results is ridiculous!"

" It seems to me like this practice is only interested in testing for Covid (perhaps there is a financial incentive to prioritize) while neglecting multi generational families of patients that have come to rely on their practice."
